About UAHHockey.com

UAHHockey.com is an independently-owned media outlet covering NCAA Division I varsity men’s ice hockey at The University of Alabama in Huntsville. UAHHockey.com is not affiliated with the university, UAH athletics department, or the hockey staff, and the views expressed on this site are solely those of the authors:

Geof Morris (’02) holds a B.S.E. degree in aerospace engineering and is currently pursuing an M.S.E. degree in engineering management.  He was briefly the interim associate sports information director in 2011 (RIP Jim Harris).  He has broadcast UAH hockey on the radio (2001-3 and the NCAA tournament games in 2007 and 2010), and he currently provides the audio for UAH’s feed on AmericaOneSports.com.  He lives in Madison and can be reached at g@uahhockey.com.

Michael Napier (’97) is an honors graduate from UAH, holding a B.A. degree in communication arts and a B.S. degree in mathematics. He was a sports information assistant and hockey contact at UAH from 1993-97. He currently lives in North Carolina and can be reached at m@uahhockey.com.

We are always looking for extra help, including writing recaps, taking photos at home games, working on features, and other things that we can dream up together. We pay in high-fives, writing/photo credits, and resume recommendations. If you’re interested, email Geof at g@uahhockey.com.
